Edible mushroom standard cultivation bases have been set up in Qingyuan, Longquan (counties belonged to Lishui), which provide over 5000t/year raw materials including Lentinula edodes, Agaricus campestris, Ganoderma lucidum and grifola frondosa. The polysaccharide processing plants were constructed strictly following GMP standard. During the production of polysaccharides, HACCP System is applied together with Standard Regulation on Production made by ESSE. Now ESSE has formed seven modern production lines in Lishui Shuige Economy & Development Zone which can provide 200million standard capsules and ten thousand tons of mineral composts of edible mushroom, 100t of active polysaccharide extract, 1.2billion of capsules/tablets of health food, 60t of raw mycelium and biopolymers, 300t of edible mushroom ultra-fine powder and 20t of Ganoderma broken-down wall spores every year.
