Intra-Italy Hydraulics(Foshan Shunde) Co., Ltd. is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It was founded in 27th Nov.1995 with registered capital 3 million US dollars and specialized in batch production of low speed large torque hydraulic motors.
The company was put into operation in July 1997 to adopt hydraulic motor patent technology of Italy to make products of joint venture. In January of 1999, it produced its own designed products with internationally advanced level. In 2002, it passed through ISO9001:2000 quality system certification, which was evaluated by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Bureau. In 2003, it was granted the title of New and Hi-technology Enterprise of Guangdong Province and adopted enterprise resource programming system (ERP) developed by Ufsoft Software Co. for all-out digital management. Intra-Italy Hydraulics(Foshan Shunde) Co., Ltd was awarded the “National High-tech Enterprise and “famous brand in Guangdong” for full range of hydraulic motor in 2009s. In September 2010, we passed the ISO9001:2008 certification which is issued by China Classification Society Certification Company.
The company owns advanced production equipment such as new type numeric control lathes and machining centers imported from MAZAK Co. of Japan, multi-spindle drill press, external ball mill and internal ball mill imported from Italy. The foreign high quality products are used for key motor components such as sealing element, bearing, spring and alloy steel. The two series MRC and MRCN are hi-tech products which the nominal displacement is from 250ML～10800ML, nominal torque is from 833N*M～30000N*M and rated pressure is from 18Mpa～21Mpa. MRC series are Italian patent authorized ones with advanced international standard; MRCN series products are based on independent research, development and design, which have been granted the title of Key New Product of Guangdong Province and have reached the advanced level at home.
