About Cut wire shot:
Cut wire shots are manufactured by cutting wire into lengths equal to wire diameter (also called Wire pellets). If required, the particles can be conditioned (rounded) to remove the sharp corners that are produced during the cutting process.
Cut particles are an effective abrasive due to the sharp edges that are created during the cutting process. However, a normal cut shot is not a desirable shot peening media and the sharp edges, which are potentially damaging to fatigue life, must be removed in the conditioning process.
About Steel Fiber:
Steel fiber is a kind of newly developed reinforcement for concrete widely adopted globally now a days compared with those using common concrete, the projects using steel fiber are increased evidently in anti-stretching, anti-pressing, anti-abrasion, anti-cracking and anti-bending and long duration according to physical measuring.
Hooked ends, Flat ends, Straight, and Wavy steel fiber. The length is between 30mm to 60mm the diameter is between 0.5mm to 1.0mm. It can be adjusted according to customer's requests.
