JBC manufactured Chilled Rolls (Mill Rolls) can be supplied with shaft fitted or single piece cast according to end-user requirement are widely used in application such as steel Re-Rolling, Crushing, Polishing, Straitening, Finishing purpose for such as Narrow Strip Mills, Plate Mills, TMT Mills, TOR Mills, Angle Mills, Section Mills, Hoops Mills, Round Mills & Tube Mills etc.
JBC designs rolls on CAD stations with preferably edge and 'W' formation considering strain factors. The profiles are generated by special software (COPRA) and strip strain analysis is done to avoid any overloading at any stage during forming & rolling.
