Description : We wish to introduce ourselves as an ISO 9001:2000, and SA 8000 complied company, based in India, manufacturing-exporting Bicycle Freewheels. Our freewheels which come in two brands i.e. NERVAR and STARLIT conform to French Standard NFR 03-020 and British Standard BS 6102 Part I: 1992. OUR FREEWHEELS EVEN CONFORM TO NEW PROPOSED EU STANDARDS.

Our freewheels have following advantages:
1. Works better with various derailleurs. We offer possibility of using our freewheels with any derailleur set and chain. Incase you have some typical combination of derailleur, shifter and chain, we can offer a customised solution.
2. All other features like
a. High Carbon High Chrome steel balls,
b. torque load of 24 KgM on each sprocket, etc
3. Purchase of good quality Index and Friction Freewheels from the same factory, at most competitive rates.

An ISO 9001:2000 co. mfg special cycle parts has facility for Case & Through Hardening, Carbo-Nitriding, and Tempering. Plant has Sealed Quench Furnaces with Scada and various hardness testing. For finish, Shot Blasting, Coloring, Zinc and Nickel Plating.
We also take steel turning, sheet metal, etc jobs for Industries in Sahibabad, Noida, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon and Rohtak. |
