This production line is used to produce aluminum-plastic composite pipe, it adopts ultrasonic welding, co-extrusion forming the pipe. The aluminum-plastic composite pipe has features of high temperature resistance, easy in connection, low dilatability, anti high pressure, anti-UV, good anti-impact features in low temperature. It is widely used as pipeline of cold and hot running water, acid and alkali salts of various liquids, gas, oxygen, compressed air, etc.
This line is composed of PP-R inner pipe forming part, Aluminum layer forming part, glue coating part, and outer wall extrusion covering part.
