The 5000R’s indexable tool holder allows for complex contouring as well as high speed punching. Not to mention the auto load/unload and part sorting capability. Our Triform 24-5BD hydroformer allows rapid prototyping, manufacturing complex shapes that aren’t possible with standard forming technologies, and dramatically reduced tooling costs for both prototype and production runs. Our Salvagnini Performer panel bender is up to 5x faster than traditional forming methods, and more accurate too! All form lines are indexed from a single point in the center of the part, with no additive tolerance stack up as the part is formed. The forming process is completely automated. The operator presents the machine with a flat blank, and the Salvagnini gives the part back when it has completed all of the forming operations.
