Description : We are a Paraguayan company that makes food products.
We need a mixing machine for powder type ribbon.
The capacity of the mixer should be 800 liters.
The mixer should be able to make mixtures of powders of different grain sizes. The mixture must be added sugar, and some products, hydrogenated vegetable fat (solid product).
The mixer must perform the following products:
1. cocoa mix + sugar 10% 85% + 5% other materials.
2. flour 50% + 10% hydrogenated vegetable fat + sugar 40%
3. starch 85% + 15% hydrogenated vegetable fat
According to information we have obtained from other industries in this kind of food, time of each batch of mix is about 3 to 5 minutes.
