Description : We are pleased to introduce our selves as the manufacturers of Professional grade Wire Wound Resistors. Our factory was established in 1979 and at present spread over working area of 250 sq. mts. We have installed production capacity of 10 Lacs Pcs./Yr and our market share to this industry is approximately around 11%.
We are the pioneers to introduce Aluminium Housed Wire Wound Resistors in India; compatible with the international standards. The other types we manufacture are:-
1. Silicone Coated Wire wound Resistors with Radial Tag or wire.
2. High Wattage Mini Wire wound Resistors compatible to the international standards in Ceramic Encased as well as Silicone Coated type.
We are catering to more than 600 customers all over India including prominent industrial houses like SIEMENS, ABB, KIRLOSKAR, L&T, GODREJ, CROMPTON, BHEL, etc.
We have got four different departments for four different types of Wire Wound Resistors manufactured by us. In addition to this we also fulfill the need of special types of shunt / Wire Wound Resistor requirement under the direct supervision of our R & D people. This include different types of Dynamic Breaking Resistors (DBR); Load Banks having various power factors and as specified by the customer. All the process is well laid out and production is executed strictly as per the process flow chart. All operators are trained and qualified for the job; and Total Quality management atmosphere is maintained thought the factory.
We have well laid out Quality policy and is religiously followed by everybody in our factory. We have full fledged, well trained and well equipped Quality � Assurance Department. We are gearing-up ourselves for ISO-9000 procedures. The resistance standards we use are calibrated at E.R.T.L. (W) laboratory or any other calibration laboratories, which have traceability upto NPL. Treating these as secondary standards we calibrate all our measuring meters periodically. |
