The company covers an area of 26000 square meters, the construction area of 6000 square meters , with the total investment of 20 million yuan. The company has two sets of an annual output of 3000 tons of large packaging tomato paste production line and annual output of 10000 tons of small packaging line. We introduced the auto matic aseptic tomato paste filling production line from Shanghai Jia Di’s food machinery company. The line is easy and simple to handle with the advantages of advanced in technology, measurement precision, stable quality products in full compliance with export standards. We have the products with the concentration of 28%-30% packing in 220kg barrels and in 70g, 140g, 198g, 210g, 400g, 850g, 3kg and 4.5kg cans and original tomato sauce in 10g, 70g, 300g plastic bags. They are all in full compliance with export standards. At the same time there is a kind of concentration 22%-24% tomato sauce, packing in cans and plastic bags with the same specifications of the above. According to the different customers with different requirements, we precisely control the product concentration, viscosity, red pigment content of the key technical indicators to ensure the product quality.
