Shandong Rongli Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. (Rongli) was established in 2002, since then, we endeavour to manufacture the petroleum machines and become one of the top three in China. As remain the expertise in the production and oilfield applications of our drilling rig and triplex mud pump, we diversify our product range to unitized mud pump package, solid control system, shale shaker, centrifuge, degasser, centrifugal pump and their spare parts etc. In addition, all kinds of work parts can be tailor-made as requested. Our plant covers an area of 110, 000 square meters with more than 500 employees including 90 technicians. After years of efforts, we have over 80 sets of machining equipment, and integrated design, development, manufacture and sales as a whole. Our annual production capacity is 400 mud pumps and 30 drilling rigs. Drilling Rig The Drilling rigs are produced in compliance with the standard SY/T5609-1999 Drilling Rig Models and Basic Parameters, and main parts (Derricks, Chassis, Winch Parts, Travelling Block, Hooks, Overhead Travelling Cranes, Water Taps, Turnplates, Mud Pump Parts and other products) cover the API grade. Modularise design, block package structure, connected with pins between sections. 2. Connected with cardan shaft, easy to install, dismount and deliver. 3. Front opening mast, installed at low position, integrally lifting. 4. Integral chain driving box. 5. Auxiliary driving equipments which are used to lift the mast and deal with emergency cases. Triplex mud pumps and triplex mud pump parts are our specialty. We supply quality Emsco F-series triplex mud pumps and its spare parts at competitive prices. Our RLF series mud pump are designed and manufactured on the basis of American Emsco F series mud pump. All its consumable parts are interchangeable with any other spare parts produced according to API standard. It is easy to maintenance. Features of F series mud pump: 1. Applicable to the requirement of high pump pressure in oil field and high displacement technology of well drilling. 2. Long stroke maintaining operation at lower frequency: giving water effectively and prolonging the life time of consumable hydrokinetic parts. 3.
