The company was incorporated on 3rd February 1981 as a toll formulator and over the years, it has grown into a diversified manufacturing and formulating unit with world-class facilities to manufacture and formulate Pharmaceutical and Agrochemicals, Cosmetics, Food and Animal Feed Products. We have two independent manufacturing facilitates at Akola , which is approximately 650 KM from Mumbai and 250 KM from Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra, India. The Agrochemical unit manufactures Agrochemical Products based on Amino Acids based Plant Growth Regulators and Protein Hydrolysate for Agricultural use. This plant also has facilities to formulate and pack powders, liquids and granules. The Pharmaceutical unit is world class facility for Formulations, such as Ointment, Oral Rehydration Salt powder, Liquid Formulations. This unit works under the name – Hi-tek Pharmaceuticals and is a GMP, FDA certified unit. We also have a plant to make Proteins, protein extracts and other protein products. It manufactures special products extracted from various sources of proteins for application in Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food and Animal Feed industries.
