We are specializing in Pre-painted Galvanized Steel coil ( Colour-Coated Steel coil ) , PPGI, Hot-Dipped Galvanized steel coil HDG, Galvalume steel coil, CRC etc.
(1) Commodity : Pre-painted Galvanized steel coil ( Color-Coated steel coil )
(2) Steel grade: TSGCC, CGCC, DX51D (Equivalent to EN 10142/10147 DX51D, S250GD, ASTM A653 )
(3) Base metal: Galvanized coil (HDG ), and Galvalume ( Alu-zinc steel coil )
(4) Zinc coating : Z120-Z275, or AZ60-AZ150 ( Alu-zinc 55% )
(5) Surface finished: Gloss 30-45, or Matte surface, 2/2, 2/1
(6) Paint coating : Normal polyester ( PE ), or PVC, or PVF, or PVDF
Primer: about 5 to 7 microns
Top Coated : about 15 to 20 microns
Back coated: about 5 to 15 microns
Top/Back coated: 20-25um / 5-15 microns
