Shandong Fuhai Industrial Co., Ltd., founded in 1994, is a joint-stock enterprise engaged in the production, processing, and sales of aluminum materials, aluminum products, medical & food foils, and pharmaceutical packaging series composite products. We are a member of China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association, a key supporting unit of 2006 Innovative Fund of State Council, and a high and new technology enterprise identified by Shandong Science and Technology Commission. Located in the beautiful coastal city Yantai, our company covers a land area of 500mu, and owns a 100, 000-class purification workshop with 20, 000sqm area. Our factory is well-surrounded and easily-accessible. Our major products include over ten categories, such as pharmaceutical packaging PTP aluminum foils, cold forming aluminums, heating aluminums, medical composite films, food foils, aluminum caps, aluminum-plastic combination caps, medicinal aluminum bottles, medicinal PVC plate negatives, PS aluminum base plates, color-coated decorative plates, air-conditioner foils, etc. In 2003, we passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. Our products have been granted as 'Quality Inspection Exemption Product' by Shandong Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau for successive seven years. Currently, our company has fixed assets over RMB32 million and working fund more than RMB197 million, and 10 utility model patents. Of the total 578 employees, there are 12 people with senior professional titles, 30 people with intermediate professional titles and 80 people with junior professional titles, and 200 people with college degree or above. Our company is equipped with advanced equipment such as a 1, 450mm four-high non-reversing cold rolling mill, a 1, 600mm aluminum foil rough/intermediate mill, a 500*1000 two-roll hot rolling-warm rolling-recoiling machine, two 400/130*550 cold rolling mills, four 250/90*350 cold rolling mills, one full-automatic 1400 hydrophilic foil coating flow line, two automatic ultrasonic cleaning drying lines, twenty German technology 150g injection molding machines, thirty full automatic riveting lines, one imported XDGF-1300 high-speed compound machine, and one imported 6-color XDTB-40800 printing coating machine. Our annual output is 35, 000 tons of high-quality aluminum plates, stripes, foils and medicinal packaging aluminum foils, 4 billion of aluminum-plastic combination caps, 1 million of medicinal aluminum bottles, and 7, 000 tons of medicinal PVC plate negatives.
