Description : Established in 1937 as a trading concern by the Late Mr. P.G. Mehta, SWASTIK was converted into a Private Limited Company in 1946. Manufacturing activities commenced in 1947. In 1958 the Engineering Division started producing Textile Wet Processing Machines, under license from world renowned manufacturers like MEZZERA S.P.A. & COMERIO ERCOLE S.P.A. of ITALY as well as other reputed European manufacturers. Now, with almost 50 years of manufacturing experience, SWASTIK is the pioneering manufacturer of Textile Processing Machineries in India, producing processing machines worth Rs. 150 million per annum. Our Managing Director Mr. S. P. Mehta had his training in late 1957/58 at COMERIO ERCOLE S.P.A. and M/s. MEZZERA S.P.A. for about one year.
