In contrast, traditional and earlier manufacturing techniques for sinks require that the bowls are stamped separaTely and then welded to the drainer by a seam welder. The welded area is then ground and burnished. The sinks made by the single draw process give a higher quality sink with an excellent and consistent finish. This is far greater than the tradition manufacturing process. The single draw process is a revolutionary process in the metal stamping industry and is regarded as a trend of the future. Single draw and one piece sinks gives an excellent and consistent surface finish, improved sound deadening and an easy to clean and a bacteria free surface with no joints. This has earned a good reputation among the clients. Artclean is also a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can produce new products to samples or drawings supplied by our customers.
