The banding tapes are of high quality, which consist of parallel twisted E-glass yarns preimpregnated with a special thermosetting polyester resin, and manufactured with the proprietory technology which are transferred from VONROLL ISOLA of Italy. It's widely used in AC. DC motors, generators and transformers especially in traction motors.

Volatile content: Not above 2%;
Loss of weight at calcination: 24%~28%;
Soluble resin content: Above: 90%
Tensile strength before curing: Above: 2000N/cm;
Maximum pull while banding: 1000 N/cm;
Proof tracking index: Above 500V;
Arc resistance: Above: 160 S
Loss of tensile strength after soaked in oil: Not above 10%
