SOFT GELATING MANUFACTURING : The Soft Gelatin Capsules Manufacturing is housed in a dedicated building which houses separates manufacturing areas for General Products, Sterile Eye Ointments and Her bal Products. Separate building facility and manufacturing area for Hormones is under development approval and production of same is scheduled for the month of January’ 06 b. TABLETS & HARD GELATING FILLING : Two Fully Automatic Hard Capsules Filling Machines provide high accuracy & quality output, un-touched during the whole process. Tablets Manufacturing department is equipped with latest machinery including F.B.D., R.M.G. Compression Machine & Coating Machine. c. LIQUIDS & OINTMENTS (AYURVEDIC / HERBALS0 Sophisticated research & development, Modern Manufacturing Methods and Stringent Quality controls are used in Harmony with traditional process to produce Ayurvedic / Herbal Products. The installed capacities of the above dosage forms in as under.
