Texanlab today is headed by his son, Mr. Ullhas Nimkar, who has been educated at the University of Leeds as a M.Sc.(Tech). in Textile & Colour Chemistry. The laboratory is managed by a team of highly qualified technologists who work in well equipped laboratories using state-of-the-art technology. It is built on a rock solid foundation of experience and expertise.
Mr. Ullhas Nimkar, Proprietor, Texanlab, was recently awarded the Fellowship of the Society of Dyes and Colourists, UK. (FSDC). The FSDC is awarded to persons who are members of the Society; have had formal education in colouration; have at least 10 years of experience in the field; have attained distinction in the practice of and contributed to the advancement of colour science and technology. This award was announced in Bradford, UK at the SDC Annual Event in March 2003 and was formally handed over to Mr. Nimkar at another SDC function held in Mumbai, by the President of the SDC, Mr.Chris Sargeant. Texanlab, Thane is also ISO 17025 accredited. |
