Jiangxi Hongdu Steel works is a provincial state’s major iron and steel rolling and processing enterprise, a key state-owned enterprise in China, the top 30 company in Jiangxi province, beautiful and clean factory in China. Jiangxi Hongdu Steel works is established in 1958. Jiangxi Hongdu Steel works have been manufactured seamless steel tubes/pipes , welded steel tubes/pipes, hot rolled steel strips, cold rolled steel strips for decades. In August 2003, Jiangxi Hongdu Steel works relocated the company in Nanchang Economic and Technologic Development Zone and first completed the project which take seamless steel tube as the main product for the first and second project phase. The third phase project finished in October 2006 which is mainly for the weld tubes/pipes and strips. At present, we have finished a new project of annual output of 70, 000 tons of high grade steel seamless tubes for the market requirement. Our factory has a complete production system and equipped with a more complete inspection, testing, measuring equipment and tools; have a group of engineers and technicians with expertise and a highly skilled team of operators. The whole factory has more than 2, 100 employees, more than 480 professional and technical personnel, including engineering and technical personnel 200 people. Company covers an area of 1.229 million square meters, construction area of 301, 000 square meters, fixed assets 580 million Yuan, the annual comprehensive production capacity of 650, 000 tons of steel productions. Including seamless steel tubes capacity by about 30 million tons, 200, 000 tons hot-rolled steel strips, welded steel pipe 120, 000 tons and cold-rolled thin narrow strips 30, 000 tons. Our company adheres to "quality first, customer first" purpose and provide to customers with high quality products and excellent service. Our main products are low-pressure boiler seamless steel tubes and welded steel tubes for low pressure liquid service are awarded "excellent product" by the Metallurgical; low-pressure boiler seamless steel tubes is honored "user satisfaction product in Jiangxi". In 2001, the seamless steel tubes for high pressure boiler obtained the “golden cup prize” for quality in metallurgical products from China Iron and Steel Industry Association. The boiler seamless steel tubes was given the title of "Jiangxi famous goods" in September 2007; low alloy high strength scaffolding welded steel tubes obtain the second prize of provincial new products and national new key product certification. Our form have built complete quality management system, which was passed by China Certification Center for Quality System Certification GB/T19002-1994 in 1998. In 2008 Measurement of Enterprise Management System was through the National Certification, In 2004 It also through the Quality Mark Certification Group GB/T19001-2000 Edition (new version) certification, In May 2007 the Group again through the Quality Mark accreditation review GB/T19001-2000 version of the quality system certification, the same period in high-pressure boiler and medium-low pressure boiler seamless steel pipes by product certification. In May 2009, our factory’s low- medium pressure boiler seamless steel pipes, high-pressure boiler seamless steel pipes, for high-pressure for chemical fertilizer equipments, for petroleum cracking, for liquid service seamless steel tubes and welded steel tubes for low pressure liquid service obtained the special equipment (pressure pipes elements) manufacture licence.
