of Highly Precision Engineering Manufacturing Units. Our Plant is well equipped with latest Imported and Indigenous Machineries and Measuring Instruments with expert pool of Technicians and Engineers.
SMALL GAUGES are processed from High Quality alloy Steel, Hardened & Tempered to 60-64 HRC. The Gauges are ground and lapped to close Tolerances. Rigidly calibrated in our Temperature Controlled & Humidity at 200C ( + 10C ) & 50 ( + 5 RH ) respectively in our Standards Laboratory using Imported Precision Instruments by experienced Q.A. Engineers.
Our Measuring Instruments are TRACEABLE to National Standards
wide CMTI, Banglore / N.P.L, New Delhi.
Our Product Range is from 2mm to 300 mm for Thread Plug and 2mm to 250 mm for Thread Ring Gauges with various diameter pitch combinations as well as in different forms like Metric, Unified, NPSM, NPSF, NPSH, NPSI, BSW, BSF, BSP, BA, Cycle Threads, Acme, Buttress, Modified Square and Trapezoidal Threads.
Taper Thread Plug and Taper Thread Ring Gauges like NPTP, NGT, NPTF, PTF, BSPT to their respective I.S. American and British Standards. Special Taper Gauges as per customers requirements.
