LIBRATHERM INSTRUMENTS is an Indian Company engaged in the manufacturing activity of Electronic Process Control Instruments since 1991. Our Product range includes Digital and Microprocessor based Temperature Indicators/ Controllers having different configuration such as simple ON/OFF Time Proportional, PID, Programmable Ramp/Soak, Multi-loop PID, Data Loggers with printer and PC interface, Temperature Scanners, etc. We also manufacture Process Indicators / Controllers for pressure, flow, level, pH and ORP controls, SCR Power Controllers (or Thyristor Power Pack), Two-wire Temperature Transmitters, Signal Converter / Isolator Modules, Digital and Microprocessor based Timers /Counters, Dedicated Logic Controllers and special purpose instrument for specific application. At Libratherm, the instruments are designed and developed by highly qualified and experienced team of Engineers with in-house Design and Development facilities for both hardware and software. We are specialized in PID and Ramp/Soak Program Controllers (both for single loop and multi loop control applications).These are widely used by heat treatment furnace manufacturer, plastic industries (for extruders and injection moulding machines), pollution control industries, petrochemical industries, packaging and pharmaceutical industries, water treatment plants, Research and Defense Institutes, Jewellery manufacturing Industry and many more. Our Thyristor power packs in SINGLE PHASE / 3 PHASE version designed for heating control applications are field proven and are widely used for electrically heated furnaces, Ovens and, many other heating systems. We have successfully installed more than 1000 power packs of different ratings and sizes all over the country. Our Signal converter and two wire temperature transmitters are very useful for converting low level signals to (4-20)mA for interfacing thermocouples / RTD and others such as load cell, pH sensor etc… to the PID, Programmers, data loggers, SCADA and DCS systems without using costly compensating cables and for preventing ground line interferences.
