Needless to say, absolute confidentiality has been maintained regarding these technologies, and both of them are totally self financed in-house projects developed by the "Technology Development Team" of Lumenteck itself. With respect to the Electronic Ballast Technology presented, necessary application for the grant of patent for the technology has been filed with the Indian Patent Office with Application No. 472/CHE/2005 dated 25-4-2005. Exhaustive Prior art search has been made by our Attorneys with regard to this invention, before the filing of the patent application.
