Description : National General Industries Limited, which had initially started as a small outfit with few members, has during the course of the last decade established itself as one of the largest Steel Producer in the region of long products. We are also a reputed steel suppliers in India. It is the flagship company of J.P.Modi group.
The company, which has become a dependable name in the domestic as well as international market, started as a partnership firm and was taken over by National General Industries Private Limited in the year 1987.
Subsequently in the year 1993 it was converted into a public limited company with its registered office in New Delhi. With its high growth record in the past and a very bright future it is today listed on the major stock exchanges of the country.
In the year 1987, when the present management took over the unit, the manufacturing facilities consisted of just one small rolling mill which had very limited manufacturing capabilities.
