Chemical Manufacturing and Exports are Vaigai's core area of operation and strength for the past two decades. Starting with Chemical manufacturing, where the promoters have the most amount of experience, the group has quickly spread backward and forward integration into other arenas of the industry Vaigai's chemical complex has a capacity to produce 6, 000 MT of Potassium Chlorate per annum and it is the second largest Potassium Chlorate manufacturing plant in India. Vaigai holds 40% market share of Indias Potassium Chlorate production. Vaigai entered into solvent extraction during the year 1990 which extracts Rice Bran oil in the crude form from Rice Bran and produces De Oiled Rice Bran. The two manufacturing plants situated in the State of TamilNadu with processing capacity of 150, 000 MT per annum respectively. It is one of the largest oil extraction complexes in the country which uses advanced technology and process is capable of extracting Rice Bran, Copra Cake, Sunflower cake, Groundnut cake, etc.. It is a known fact that India along with other countries in the Asia region has become one of the worlds leading textile supplier countries. With exports to all over the world, India is recognized to be one of the most modernized textile manufacturers with state-of-the-art- technology. Today Vaigai enjoys the highest brand-equity in the textile world market as being niche supplier of quality products ranging from yarns and fabrics to garments. The textile mill of the group manufactures 100% Ring Spun Cotton Yarn which is fully equipped with the latest 4th generation machines including Crosrol chute feed cards, imported from England and auto leveled draw frames, from Reiter. The mill is specialized in the count range of NE 20s to 36s with a capacity of 2, 000 MT of Warp/Hosiery yarn per annum. It has 100% Doubling capacity with sufficient Ring Doubling machines and Two-for-one(TFO) twisters for producing multi-ply yarns. Vaigai International Trading division deals in export and import of various agro commodities, wase paper and steel products. Vaigai has set up its overseas office at Sri Lanka and its the number one exporter of Rice Bran and Copra Poonac to India. Our group strength also includes our allied industries such as Software Solutions, FireWorks, Printing, Construction and Real Estate operations.
