This machine is specially designed and manufactured to remove, scrape off soft wood grain/veins of plane solid wood and outline the hard wood grains or brush the grains on plastic wood, make the panel more rustic, distressed, weathered and country. It is mainly used in processing rustic/distressed solid flooring/parquet, classic/antique furniture panel, doors/window, plastic wood plank etc. Subject to original panel surface condition and to-be-expected looks, we have two main categories: one is BB type, which has special brushing rollers, stainless-wire brush or abrasive nylon-wire brush: the stainless wire brush mainly to remove the soft grain and nylon-wire brush mainly to clean the fuzz off the panel surface. The other is SB type, which has one sanding combination(R or RP) and brushing roller ((usually of abrasive nylon-wire). After this kind of processes, the following works can be: staining, laminating, oiling or waxing.
