R-1140 Fast cure solventless impregnating resin is made from heat resistant unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin and styrene. It has gained UL certification (E227128) and UL electrical insulation system certification (E242776).Its main features are fast curing, stable storage, high mechanical strength and excellent insulation performance. It is widely used and suitable for impregnation of many types of motors and apparatus coils of class B, F and H. It is recommended for Y2 series motors, water pump motor, traction motor, large transformer and dry type transformer. It can be used by common immersion, continuous immersion and VPI method of application.
