Nitrocellulose Cellulose for Dope is made from prepared cotton and saltpeter vitriol which professed through ester reaction and dealed stable.

1.Main Character:
Nitrocellose cellulose is white floc and chips fibre, the density is 1.65-1.67g/cm3, can be liquefied in acet, second ester of acetic acid camphor ethanol, and etc solvent. It is flammable. It will be very sensitive to machinery impact when the alcohol is lower. Because the different condition during nitrate, Nitrocellose will have a different nitrogen content and solubility. When the nitrogen content exceeds 12.5%, it will change into blast substance, at the same time the character will be not very stable.

4.Usage:
This production mainly used in producing any color celluloid, photo film, all sorts of nitryl lacquers, dope for wooden, dope for metal, wax paper, wax cloth, fast-printing ink, nail polish, bottle cap sealing, bond and etc.
5.Packing:
Net weight 25kg floc is packed in polythene film bag, then put in complex bag for once only.
