The material is titanium alloy steel sheet which is fit to two side enameled. And common steel sheet just fit to one side enameled. So this two side enameled steel has its own advantage:
Adic and alkali resistance: the PH range 3-11, but if required we can produce PH range from 1-14.
Size: 1200x2500 ( thickness 3-8mm), 100x100 (thickness 3-8mm). Coating layer: 0.3-0.5mm.
Easy and quick to install. 7000m3 tank, 25days by 12 persons. It reduces 50% time compared with beton instruction. It can be used more than 30 years.And it can be moved to different place to re-install. It can be put on the top of the house for it is light.
The tank has beautiful show. The color can be any color according to the requirements of customers.
The price is reasonable. And no need to maintenance. The cost can be reduced 30% compared with beton instruction and stainless steel material. because it is two sides coated, so it doesnot need to be painted. So this cost are excepted.
For water tanks, we can use antibiosis glaze frit, so the water cannot be polluted.
The material can be reused when it reached the longest life-span.
The shape of the tank are quadrate and round. Round shape can be made very large, and quadrate only can be made to 200m3.
