We are specialized in designing and manufacturing various inline flat dripper mould with cold runners or hot runners, in on-PC or PC forms according to demand from clients, with high accuracy, long life, competitive prices and good service. We adopts imported steel for the mould core material. The performance of the moulds has been proved to be excellent by test and through application by clients.

Main Technical Parameters for the Mould:
•The mould cavity adopts three plate combined type, so the labyrinth plate with different flow rates can be interchangeable.
•An even and balanced subsurface gate is adopted for the mould cavity structure, with drippers pushed out by mandrils, thus leadiong to automatic production.
•Fine quality mould steel S136H（HRC48-50) imported from Sweden is adopted for the mould,
which can make lifespan of the mould reach over one million times.
•The machining accuracy for the mould can reach ±0.01mm, and roughness can reach Ra00.8.
•The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%.
•The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 4%.
