2. Large paint tank with the capacity of 600kg. Constant long working hours of each feeding ensures less marking line connectors and high construction speed. Jet burners under the paint tank and conduction-oil heating mode ensure high melting speed, good thermal insulation performance and 40% fuel savings.
3. Hydraulic power steering which is portable, flexible, accurate and has no activity gap. Meanwhile, dual-steering wheels can meet customers’ arbitrary choice on left or right hand drive according to construction requirements and operators’ driving habit.
4. Equipped with hydraulic screeding marking shoe which can be freely operated in left, right, up, down, opening and closing. Imported structure board is a special steel sheet of high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and deformation resistance. The board has better stability after being punched. The plinth is made of special alloy steel with the pneumatic scraped structure. The floor knife adopts imported hard tungsten steel knife-head. Profile line and flat line can be freely selected according to customers’ needs. The exact craftwork ensures its better sensibility, abrasion proof and firmness, more regular convex shape, evener bottom line edge, and perfect head. The configuration standard of shoe is 150mm. (Option for 200mm and 300mm marking shoe)
5. The glass beads spraying system is synchronous with the paint screeding system. The spraying quantity, width and pressure can be freely controlled to ensure more evener and economic spraying, good reflective performance and long service life.
