We design, manufacture and install anti-corrosion 3PE coating plant for steel pipe used for oil, gas and water transportation. It belongs to a technique that integrates FBE in North America and protective PE layer in Europe. It can be used for external anti-corrosion purpose with single-layer（FBE）, double-layer (adhesive and PE) and triple-layer (FBE, adhesive and PE).

This production line mainly consists of pipe feeding rack, conveying system, preheating system, shot blasting system (including de-dusting units like cyclone separator, dust collector), inner purging system, middle platform, preheating system, spraying system (including dust collector and batching room), extruding and winding system, cooling system, tube head polishing unit, pipe exiting platform and etc.
