Printer Slotter & Draying & Rotary Die Cutter

The machine has following performances
1) The total machine will be controlled by PLC control system and can store sale sheets and can replace it rapidly. The machine is operated very convenient.
2) Front feed system can provide high speed and accurate operation, and you can also operate by machinery or service front feed system.
3) Printing operation can be done by entire vacuum absorption and multi-roller transmission which can ensure stable and accurate.
4) The machine is equipped with ink system which include rubber-roller and closed double blades.
5) The machine is equipped with selectable independent dry parts which can assure print materials dried quickly and reduce the damage of printed pattern when continuous die-cutting.
6) When slotting. The phase and horizontal displacement of front and back blade can be controlled by PLC and can be operated manually or electrical.
7) Built-in synchronier unit can assure long term precision when die cutting.
8) Main transmission gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel which have been heat-treated and accurately grinded. Rockwell hardness is over 60.
9) Main transmission shaft and main transmission gear are connected free of bond to ensure transmission accuracy.
10) Emergency stop switch is be set in each unit so operators can stop displacement of each unit to insure his safety when emergency happens.
