Material of the piston hub is 40Cr forging steel, After rough process, hardness is HB283-302 or HB 255-285.After intensive process, the surface will e phosphorated or oiled according to customers demand. If it is not specified, it is phosphorated.
Piston hub have sigle-acting abd doule acting. Outsaide dimension is according to customers requiement. Our standard size is D-0.08(-0.10-0), D is the liner nominal insiade dimension from 3” to 8”.
