Theory:
The plant produces liquid nitrogen through PSA and Stirling refrigerator. It uses the adsorption of CMS, through the cycle of pressurized adsorption and stripping at reduced pressure, making compressed air go into two absorption towers alternately to achieve air separation, to produce nitrogen of high purity, and then transfer into liquid nitrogen through refrigerator.
