1.control system:
The whole plant adopt automatic control systems, Siemens PLC, Schneider Electric components, computers and printing integration, simple operation, easy to debug.
2.mixing system:
JS series twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer with high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel is adopted to guarantee its service life and mixing quality. Meanwhile, two heavy duty gear boxes are specially customized for the mixer to eliminate the shock brought by quick loading or restarting to ensure safety.
3.Weighing system:
Accumulative weighing system adopts international famous brands, weighing accuracy and sensitivity to ensure the quality of concrete.
4.PLD concrete batching machine: adopts electric weighing, computer control, digital display and re mote control to ensure high precision batching and high efficiency.
5.Cement silo:
Variable Pitch Screw Conveyor gives you precise control over how much cement is delivered from silo to weigh hopper.
