CNG dispenser, whose main part is a mass flow meter, is a high-accuracy, high-efficiency, and intelligent device used for metering compressed gas filled in CNG high-pressure gas bombs. High-performance controlling microprocessors and two-side LCD are employed, and this type of gas dispenser has multiple functions and is easy to operate. Besides, anti-explosion structures are adopted for electrical parts, which provide safety, stable performance, and high-accuracy measuring.
Based on customers' demands, gas dispensers can be deployed as single-line single-hose, single-line dual–hose, single-line quad-hose, three-line single-hose, three-line dual-hose, and three-line quad-hose.
In order to guarantee gas dispenser quality, our company has established an experiment center for testing and detection of overall performance of gas dispensers. This center can comprehensively simulate actual operation of gas stations and completely detect over ten functions like gas tightness, pressure protection, quantifiable gas filling, gas filling in order, segmental measurement correction for gas filling, break-away protection, solenoid valve reliability, mass flow meter accuracy, repeatability, and zero correction.
