FDC Foam dust suppression system
By combining air, foam agent, and minimal water, the foam is sprayed on the surface of the minerals and air and form abundant foam particle swarm, covering the whole crushing area. Fine particle dust in the air conglutinates with the foam, becoming large particle and falls down on the surface of the minerals with burst foam. This method can prevent the diffusion of dust efficiently in the whole process. Meanwhile, the dust falls onto the minerals and is conveyed to finished product with the minerals.
