Coil Slitting Line

ESL serial Slitting Lines, thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 12mm, width ranges from 350mm to 2000mm, are precision coil slitting equipments, applicable of processing for cold-rolled, hot rolled, stainless steel, pre-paint and many other kinds of materials.
ESL slitting lines usually consist of entry coil car, uncoiler, slitter, scrap coiler, tension unit, recoiler etc. Many other optional devices can also be chosen for your special applications, e.g. paper winder, PVC applicator, double slitter heads, exit turnstile, etc. A leveler can also be chosen for slit strips’ shape improvements. An EPC device can optionally installed to ensure neatly recoiling, especially for wide material.
