Initial Stage - Basic Formation
1. We assist our client to set up a Hong Kong Company, and we provide the Registered Office in compliance with the Companies Ordinance. The main function of a Registered Office is to receive all the notices from the Government and provide a communication platform with all Government Departments.

2. We also provide a Virtual Office for our overseas clients so no need to rent an office space. Our overseas clients can contact their suppliers, buyers under the name of the Hong Kong Company. They can use our office as their business address: for stationery printing like namecards, invoice, purchase order, etc.

3. We assist our overseas clients to set up a bank account with internet banking function.

4 Our accounts staff will provide the accounting system for the Hong Kong Company and issue financial statements.

5. Our corporate consultants will update all the statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Ordinance.
