Johnson Screen is wedge wire and support rod structure with triangular section. V-Shaped Slot Wire Screen has wide opening and gives less chance for clogging.
Strong welding structure
Our Johnson water well screen is designed to give high strength in combination of profile wire and support rods.
Continuous welding by our self developed welding machine, screens are welded by electric resistance (ERW). Every intersection of profile wire and support rod is firmly welded. The strength of Johnson screen cannot be obtained by wire-mesh or grating type screen.
Bigger opening area and high washing efficiency
Slot size (Opening) is flexible so you can select suitable wire size and slot opening. V-Shaped Slot will give high opening ratio and good effect for screen cleaning (washing).

SCREEN has design flexibility in size and shapes (panel, cylindrical, Cone etc.) Furthermore, by using reinforcing material like frame, beam, stiffener, etc, much stronger screen is also available for high pressure and temperature applications.
