Introduction: The heat shielding is make up of multiple layers of molybdenum sheet with spaces between each layer. Generally, a heat shielding often consists of 3 - 5 layers of molybdenum sheet backed by stainless steel sheet. For operation temperatures, the number of molybdenum layers is increased as well as the thickness of higher each layer.
Application: Cylindrical furnace, chamber furnace
