The SpatFree 113 as it is named for it's cream version is Non-toxic, Non-flammable and Silicon free Anti Spatter Cream. It is to be applied with paint type brush on both sides of weld seam anytime before welding in thin & uniform film. Then , when welding of any type like Arc, Mig , Sub-merged Arc etc. is done then spatters arising will not stick to the metal. So, when welding get over one has to remove welding spatters with any wire brush without doing grinding or chipping as useally done. SpatFree saves long , time consuming , labourious process of grinding and chipping to remove welding spatters and avoids the `fisheye' type look on surface when spatters are removed with grinding and chipping.
