Jaw Crusher Operating principle:

Jaw crusher is constituted with fixed and movable jaw, machine body, eccentric shaft, toggle plate and adjusting plate. When the jaw crusher is working, the triangle belt and funnel wheel are firstly started up by the motor and then drive the eccentric shaft in order to driving the movable jaw moving in reciprocation according to the regulated track. Falling into the crushing cavity through the feeding opening, the materials will be crushed by the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate equably till they are crushed as small as they can pass through the discharging opening between the fixed and movable jaw plates when the movable jaw separate with the fixed one.
