There is a raw material feed pipe between the boiler tank and mash tank; Fermentation system contained 6-8 fermentation tanks, between the fermentation tanks, there are wash and sterilization pipe, material pipe, coolant returning pipe and co2 pipe. At the same time, each fermentation tank attached a JMC-1 size yeast concentration detector which achieves the advanced international level.
