3. Steel melting: EAF + LF + VD + ESR (optional for tool & die steel)
4. Produce process: Open die forging (free drop forging or hot forging)
5. Heat Treatment: Annealed / Normalized / Quenched+Tempered
6. Surface condition: After forging, we can do machining, polishing, oiled (rust-proof), zinc, nickel, chrome plating, hot galvanized, painted.
7. Size & shape: according to customer’s drawing or size, the biggest ingot is 30 tons.
8. UT test: according to SEP1921-84 G3 C/c, or finer
9. Suitable for: These products are for the power generation industry, pressure vessels, components for commercial nuclear reactors, press components, mining equipment components, marine propulsion shafting, heavy construction machine, agricultural machine, Plastic Extrusion Equipment and custom forgings.
