Pueraria lobata is a perennial leguminous vine of the genus Pueraria native to eastern Asia and is one of traditional oriental medicinal plants. The extract of roots (Pueraria radix) contain isoflavones including puerarin, daidzin, daidzein and their glycosides, and their glycosides.
