YTHT type Torpedo ladle car

Torpedo ladle car is the large scale hot metal transforming car, which can carry the hot metal from furnace to the steel plant. It can be used to carry the hot metal to the pig casting to make iron ingot. Moreover, it can be used to pre-heat the hot metal by the molten iron mixing car (e.g. desulphurization, phosphor removal, adding additive, etc.)

Structure of Torpedo ladle car: It is made up of container, tipping and driving device, driving side device, driven side device, traveling device and lubrication device.

The vessel ladle rotates around its trunnion axis to mix the molten iron.

It is driven by locomotive.

The temperature drop of molten iron is not more than 5℃/h, the shell surface when transporting temperature is not more than 80℃.
