Zinc shot

zinc shot are widely used for shot peening to give compressive residual stress in the surface layer of components for fatigue life enhancement and suppression of stress corrosion cracking and deburring and cleaning of zinc or aluminum die cast parts without any damage to the parts, and creating much less dust than natural and artificial corundum abrasives.

Zinc shot is softer than steel, stainless steel, cast or cut wire products. Made from high grade zinc wire , these are ideal for deflashing and finishing die castings, normally in wheel blast equipments. Available at competent rates, Our products reduce wear and tear on blast equipment compared to most other metallic abrasives.
