Character : High molecular weight polymer of acrylic acid cross-linked with allyl ethers of sucrose or pentaerythritol.
 
Usage:It is mostly used in local drug delivery system, could used as thickener for cosmetics.

 Application: Usually used as thickener or emulsifier. In the pharmaceutical industry, ofen used to make ointment, suppository, cream, gel, etc.
